How does it work?
In an effort to support social distancing, the team at Revelstoke Veterinary Clinic has introduced veterinary telemedicine as an additional service offering.
By way of video or text-based appointments, telemedicine provides a safe and secure opportunity to remotely visit the veterinarian.
Using our new, online platform, current clients can quickly connect with a member of our professional veterinary team. Only when necessary will patients be triaged in-clinic for further diagnostic care. If you require in-clinic follow up, your fee will be waived when you visit us in person.
Appointments are 15 minutes in length and are $42/appointment. No setup required! However, we recommend selecting a text-based appointment if your internet connection is slow.
Appointment confirmation and details on next steps will be sent via email. In the event this email may be absent, please check your junk folder. In advance of your appointment, please fill out this Online Patient History Form.

Note: You will be charged for your appointment in the event you do not show up. If you are more than five minutes late, the veterinarian may not have enough time to address your concerns, and you may be required to re-book another appointment. You may incur a prescription fee in the event a prescription is required.
By using the service offered by Revelstoke Veterinary Clinic Telemedicine Service, I, the client, give Revelstoke Veterinary Clinic, it's staff and affiliates, permission to examine, prescribe for, and otherwise treat the patient I present to Revelstoke Veterinary Clinic by way of video or text-based telemedicine. I give permission and informed consent for the direct exchange of medical information with the Revelstoke Veterinary Clinic staff via means of electronic communication. I understand that laws governing privacy and confidentiality of medical information are upheld when practicing telemedicine, and that no information obtained within the use of telemedicine that identifies me will be transferred or disclosed to third parties without my consent. I assume charges incurred for using this service, and understand that those charges are paid in full in advance of using this service.
